Each transaction on the Digital bay platform will be charged a fee of 1-3 percent. These fees will be sent to a treasury that will be used to buy back and burn DBay.

These buyback will not be planned and will happen based on chart movement. The treasury's use will be expanded in the future and a DAO may be formed.
